Your Raspberry Pi, as a Spotify Connect speaker

Encore runs Spotify Soloist, Spotify's official headless player, on a Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi, Banana Pi or any 64-bit Linux box. One Docker Compose file, no PipeWire wrangling, and a web console to set it up.

Three steps to music

  1. Install a 64-bit OSRaspberry Pi OS or Armbian, then Docker.
  2. Start the containerPaste one Compose file and start it with Docker Compose.
  3. Pick it in SpotifyAdd your Soloist API key, then choose the device from any Spotify app on your network.
